Pool Information

We live in North West Boise on Hill Road near State Street & Glenwood. The pool is above ground, salt water and heated. It is located in my garage with direct access for the lessons.

**Please note for lessons held at my private residence children must be less than 48” tall due to the size of the pool.

Tuition & ISR Registration

There is a weekly fee of $85 for the lessons paid to the instructor. For most new students, learning to float or the swim-float-swim sequence, families can expect the average length of instruction to take 6-8 weeks. After both of those skill-sets have been attained families can enroll in refresher lessons. Refresher lessons are often scheduled for 3-4 weeks, once or twice per year.

Additionally, there is  a one-time registration fee of $105. The one-time registration fee covers a medical screening by our Registration Evaluation Team (RET) to assess the physical and developmental readiness of your child for these lessons. With this, you will also receive a $15 credit in the ISR Seal Store as well as a parent resource ebook.

ISR lessons are paid as tuition and your enrollment reserves your time spot. Upon enrollment you will be required to pay for your first week of lessons as a non-refundable deposit. Once lessons begin, you will receive your first invoice at the beginning of your second week. Thereafter, lessons are paid at the beginning of the week. There are no refunds or credits given for missed lessons. Make up classes may be offered for such incidents at my discretion.

Missed Lessons

When you reserve a time for lessons that is your time regardless of your attendance. Therefore, no refunds or credits are given for missed lessons due to your child’s illness, your vacations or bad weather.  Additionally, your child will benefit the most from consecutive lessons. If your vacation will interrupt more than one day of lessons we encourage you to reconsider your enrollment period to a time when you can commit to the six weeks. (Average length of time to complete the skills)

Discounts & Scholarship

Families enrolling more than one child are eligible for a 5% sibling discount. We also have a limited number of scholarships available. The scholarship covers the fee for the lessons but families are still responsible for the registration fees. If you or interested in learning more please contact your instructor, Julie.

COVID Safety Protocols

All lessons are currently held at my private residence. I wear a face shield for the lessons and sanitize all surfaces between each student. We will allow no more than two families in the pool area at one time so we can maintain a 6’ distance. Temperature checks are also required at the beginning of each session.

Happily, this is actually one of the more COVID friendly activities available for our little ones. And holding the lessons at my private residence is also helpful.
